This is a comic I drew last year, and yet it's still just as news worthy today. This comic shows the obvious - Governor Rell fighting with the Legislature over the spending and budget priorities.

It would seem that Governor Rell has made it her new mission to get rid of ALL billboards along the highway. Well that's fine if she could multi-task. But she seems to have turned a blind eye to the increase in crime in a lot of the major cities across the state.

As the U.S Government begins sending out the "Economic Stimulus" checks, the Connecticut government is preparing to do the same, but our Governor has her own opinions...

I was reading an article last week, on how sex offenders in Connecticut may be required to get special markings on their driver's license, (Why? So we know who they are?) so I came up with this drawing. Does anyone remember the movie "1984"? Two words: Big Brother.
